JOHNSON CITY, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Marijuana enthusiasts are invited to celebrate their love of greenery tomorrow at a fitting celebration.

Greenery Spot in Johnson City is hosting a special event for its first 4/20.

Beginning at 9 a.m., guests can enjoy a day full of music, munchies, and giveaways as they shop from a variety of marijuana products.

Recognized each year on April 20th, 4/20 pays homage to cannabis culture.

Sales and Marketing Manager Christa Baron says customers have been in the 4/20 spirit all week as they stock up on their favorite items.

In addition to the event, Greenery Spot has been holding a raffle for four $20 gift cards throughout the week.

Baron says you’re not going to want to miss the “dope” goodies that are available tomorrow.

She says the business’s excellent customer service is what makes it special.

“You will regularly see people come in, we know them by name, we know them by their favorite type, we know them by their favorite color, we know them by their birthday. We love love love having relationships with our customers. And really getting to know them not only as people because we love serving our people, we love being able to cater to those needs. We have a lot of people who are coming in because sleep is an issue, pain is an issue. So being able to help our friends with those issues, we are your friendly neighborhood drug dealers, we are here to help you,”” said Baron.

Greenery Spot offers many different types of marijuana products including flower, vapes, and edibles. They also offer a tasteless powder that can be mixed into water or food.

Greenery Spot is located at 246 Main Street.

Guests can shop in-store and those on the go can enjoy a special pick-up window for online orders.
